The
standard U tank can be set one helicon shape of stir fan, or be set at two
sides. Each group of fan will drive at counter sides,
it will depend on the distance of fan between each other. When the fan whirls,
it will make the material up and down, and also contribute to the center side,
and separate to two side at one way. It will looks like a X shape's mixing. On the other side, for the
two side stir fan style, since the outside fan will
push the material from outside to the center, and the inner fan will push the
inner side material to outside, so it will look like a S style mixing. So the
mixing will be better than the X style.
Also, during the mixture process, it will need certain space to
let the material to be stir. The material can not over 60% of the capacity,
moreover liquid added is ok for the mixture process.
Usage category: chemical, food, condiment, paint,
feed, fertilizer, dyes, pesticides and so on.
Note:even the
capacity doesn't change, the blend material may change the machine size and
power.

the plastic and other materials in powders and solids.
